Advertisers must not engage in any activity that is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise harmful to AffTrack or its users.
AffTrack reserves the right to suspend or terminate an advertiser's account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violating these terms and conditions.
Advertisers are solely responsible for any and all taxes, fees, and other costs associated with their use of AffTrack.
AffTrack provides no guarantees or warranties regarding the performance or effectiveness of its platform, and is not liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of using AffTrack.
Advertisers agree to indemnify and hold harmless AffTrack and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of or related to their use of AffTrack.
These terms and conditions may be updated or revised by AffTrack at any time, and it is the advertiser's responsibility to review them periodically for changes.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the advertiser and AffTrack, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
